Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro, mother of Kingsley Otuaro, stepmother of PAP Administrator is Dead

The death has been announced of Mrs. Pinapina Otuaro, the mother of former Delta State Deputy Governor, Kingsley Otuaro, and stepmother of Mr Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Mrs Otuaro passed away on February 12, 2025, at 88, following a brief illness at the Group Medical Centre in Effurun.
According to a statement released by Mr Igoniko Oduma, Special Assistant on Media to the Administrator, the late Mrs Otuaro was known for her unwavering dedication to family and community. She was a devout Christian and a pillar of virtue.
The statement read: “The PAP helmsman recalls fond memories of the late matriarch, saying she lived a selfless life of dedicated service to her family, community and humanity.”
Mr Dennis Otuaro expressed that the family is particularly saddened by her passing at a time when her invaluable advice is most needed. He prayed for the eternal repose of her soul.
Meanwhile, the management and staff of the Presidential Amnesty Programme have extended their condolences to the Administrator on the loss of his stepmother.
They urged him to take solace in the fact that his late stepmother was exemplary in many ways, having given birth to and raised children who have made invaluable contributions to the development of the Niger Delta and indeed the entire country.
They also extended their heartfelt condolences to the entire Otuaro family and prayed for God to comfort them in their moment of grief.
