Azikel Group corporate office gutted by fire in Bayelsa

There has been a fire outbreak at the corporate headquarters of Azikiel Group , located Swali area of Bayelsa state destroying equipments worth thousands of Naira .
The inferno started about 5 pm on Tuesday with tick smoke seen covering major parts of the company premises.
A source within the company said the inferno was as a results of bush burning activities by an indigent woman who lit up her farm sharing fence with the company .
“The fire spread to our fence and destroyed some of the holes use for dredging which were stored on the premises . Each those hole cost about four hundred thousand Naira and many them were consumed “ .
The Fire has since been contained by firefighters service personnel .
Azikel group is a conglomerate of companies in business of dredging, petroleum,power generation and aviation.
